Nice try with the pose. I like how he's glowing with the lighter red spray paint in the background. I like the dark curl in the background under Chase's hand, and I think it would've been cool if you did that more often in the background--I think it would have added more tension and energy. The pupil in his eye is at a weird angle, which could be an easy fix. It looks like you used the spray can a lot. I like how you drew his hair and gave it green highlights--it makes it feel very reptilian. Given the width of his torso, his legs and arms are a bit on the short side. You did a decent job placing him in a balanced position so that he's not about to fall over.
Mind if I ask what program you used for coloring?

When you do a layer, I believe you can set it to "multiply," so you don't paint over the lines. Many layer programs have that option. It makes it much easier to color lineart. I used to have the same problem.

I know, right? It's wonderful! There are some tutorials on how to do basic things like that online--that's how I found out about it in the first place.
