TERMS OF SERVICE

୨୧ ┊ i generally expect payment to be within 24 hours, but i can extend that to a week if you notify me beforehand

୨୧ ┊ payment plans are okay, with a down payment of 20% the buying price. if you fail to ever pay the rest of the payment, this will be considered a donation and the adopt will be put back up for sale/go to the next highest bidder

୨୧ ┊ do not reupload the adopt without myself or the adopt purchasers permission

୨୧ ┊ you are allowed to change aspects of the design if you like, including but not limited to skin color, hair color/length/style, etc

୨୧ ┊ if you steal, scam, or fail to pay me or anyone else, you lose all rights to any and all designs you may have from me, and the character will be put back up for adoption. scammers don't get to keep my adopts.

୨୧ ┊ i don't do refunds for adopts. understand when you bid that once you buy it, there are no returns, so please bid responsibly !! do not bid anything you wouldn't be willing to pay

୨୧ ┊ you are allowed to resell or trade the adopt, and you are allowed to include extra art in the resell price, but you are NOT allowed to profit from resales by ANY means. also, if you receive them from a trade, the next person who receives them loses the right to resell

୨୧ ┊ for commercial use (ie; producing artwork of the character that you intend to sell on t-shirts, stickers, posters, etc.) you must pay 50% of the original buying price. if the adopt was 100, you pay an extra 50 for the rights for commercial use
