therapeutic personal art--not for anything bad, I'm actually feeling very content and productive lately.Still have a lot of stuff going on at once, so my mind's racing, but not for necessarily stressful reasons.

Yep! I nervously decided to pick up my brush pen, instead of the 1.0, and it worked out better than I thought!
