Descriptions:
The engineers of the industry had finally came to the creation of a new concept of the weapons of the DRACO Arsenals` history: The Pulse Gun. With this cutting-edge technology, the P22 assault rifles can unleash its` 300 rounds of fury just with the help of this tiny battery. In other words, with this rifle, the user is now much mobile and much aggressive.
However, there`s a critical problem: The battery emits much more heat than the common gunpowder-based firearms do, and it usually leaves unknown chemicals which are highly radioactive that may cause- ************ The scientists are still working on a solution for this battery, some of them say that, when the chemical emission is reduced, the quantity of the pulse ammunition may be decreased harshly, maybe this is the reason the industry did no-**********
It`s highly recommended to the handlers not to put their hands below the emission port-which is supposed to be a magazine housing if it is a common gunpowder-based rifle-to prevent burn injuries as it may emit some hot che-******** pellets when the firearm is cocked open.
The test operators said: The gun has no difference in firepower, recoil and accuracy compared to common cartridge firearms. Which makes the difference are the infrequent reload, the fact that there`s no pellet ejection during the shooting, and the most noticeable-the extremely hot air. Oh, and the blue trails. Fortunately, the test operators didn`t get burnt as the engineers worked hard on making heat shield from the very beginning of the manufacturing of the weapon. It still need caution while cocking the upper handle, though.(Read 'How to reload' to see why, in case you still don`t realize)
The ADPI AMLB, which is first introduced at the release of the P21 MP, is modified to fit the P22 A, so the slot can hold either one of the following: Flashlight, laser pointer, and the lightsaber bayonet. Plus, the forward grip is now foldable, just like P21 XAP`s.

P22 A2:
The A2 version has improvements in several ways, such as the extended barrel(to reduce fire blast burn possibilities), the additional part of the emission port(to reduce burn injury possibilities by hot pellets), and the combined status indicator-carrying handle-iron sight. The indicator, unlike the P21 series` carrying handles, can`t play the role as a tactical scope, it shows gun heat, current fire mode and the remaining ammo. (Judging from the existence of the hole at the front, there might be an interchangeable scope with this one.)
The engineers say, the upcoming barrel attachments may apply the effect of switching between several well-known ammo types.

There`re no civilian versions of these rifles, just like al other "22nd Century Project" firearms.

How to load:

1. Pull the upper handle. (a.k.a M16 cocking handle. It doesn`t work as a charging handle here though.)
1-1, The ejection port, which is also the battery insertion port, is opened simultaneously.

2. Insert a battery to the insertion port.

3. Push the upper handle back to normal.
3-1. The ejection port is closed simultaneously.

4. Pull the charging handle on the side from end to end.
4-1. Now the battery is placed and completely connected to the chamber.

5. Switch the safety button to either A(Full-auto) or B(3-round-burst).
5-1. The gun is then ready to shoot.

How to reload:

1. Pull the upper battery release handle. (This de-cocks the charging handle, which keeps locked since the first pull)
1-1. The battery pops out from the ejection port simultaneously.
1-2. The hot pellet pops out from the emission port, simultaneously. (** Emission port =/= Ejection port)

2. Insert a new battery to the insertion port.

3. Push the upper handle back to normal.
3-1. The ejection port is closed simultaneously.

4. Pull the charging handle on the side from end to end.
4-1. Now the new battery is placed and completely connected to the chamber.
4-2. The gun is then ready to shoot.
