Long time no Eevee!I have drawn neither any eeveelutions nor any living things since I moved to MS Paint.
I used to draw on my Android whenever I draw living things(since 2013), I hope I didn`t mess up too much.
The word 'IAT' stands for 'Intervention Agency Tactical', a tactical team of my fictional agency,'Intervention', just like CIA(of USA) and NIS(of Korea).
This picture is the Eevees with IAT Uniform, standing against the light and facing the wind blowing towards them.
(Consider them as separate ones)
Each Agent Eevees here are armed with a pair of tactical agent`s boots, a pair of ADPI LCG Mk2 (Lightsaber Claw Gloves Mark 2), ADPI P21 MP(Cartridge not shown, www.deviantart.com/art/ADPI-P2… ), a belt with 4 pistol magazine holders, and an ADPI SCV Mk2(Scanning Communicative Visor Mark 2).
Everything is specially customized for the Eevee, it`s just a crossover for fun, enjoy!
*Update:
Added female Eevee, applied lighter colors and added eyelashes.
Added lightsaber effect to the glove on the right paw.
Moved link signature on to the art itself to prevent art theft, I found several art thefts which crop the signature and use them, even as commercial use, so here I did this.

Converted female Eevee into a Shiny, and gave lighter color to the male.
