(Sorry for the cheesy sound effects--using them is still a little foreign to me.)I felt like having a 'Kain vs Frioniel over Cecil' picture too. Have you ever seen Frioniel so PISSED? XD
In comes Warrior of Light to er, 'referee' the fight.
I'm a little deprived of new fanfiction, so I'm taking some amusement drawing 4 panels. This is the closest I'll post that tells a story using multiple images. I can't do doujins, and literature is not my specialty.

That isn't Golbez, it's Warrior of Light--I like to call him Light (even though Lightning shares that same nickname). Golbez doesn't make his 'appearance' until later.

oh ok. I am only fully familiar with ff7 and halfway familliar with ff4 (stuck in the tower of zot. boo.) and i know almost nothing about the other games so i guess it would make sense that I dont know. haha. thanks

*looking at the 'deprived of new fanfiction' line* ...I feel partly to blame for that for some reason. 
Lol, as much as these fights over Cecil amuse me, there's only one man who can have Cecil in my eyes. I think we both who that is~ ;D
...And please tell me Cecil's being all happy about WoL showing up because he broke up the fight and those hearts are just an expression of said happiness. Mmmm, it's probably not. Damn it. >_<

Don't worry...Cecil's just happy the bloody brawl was cut short.
I have an idea for a part 3 for this mini series...WoL does gets what he deserves. *evil laugh*
Take your time for the fanfiction. By the time Duodecim comes out, I'll probably be glued to that for a while (buying you ample time). XD
