“Great StarClan, as if we didn’t have enough to worry about with those squirrel-brained idiots,” Rockshade complained, shaking his head. Gesturing with a toss of his head for the group to follow, he began to head back towards camp. But a voice stopped him.
“Um, excuse me.”

Eyes quickly sought out the source of the voice. It was with some surprise that Dewclaw spotted Rapidstream, waiting patiently the other side of the border. He kept shooting nervous glances over his shoulder, as if afraid his patrol would return.

Chapter 26 - Dark Skies

This turned out really well actually! This is the illustration for chapter 26 of Dark Skies (the link to which is above) and I chose the scene from the border because I wanted to draw cute little Rapidstream! The trees are at that awkward phase where some of them have turned, but others haven't, hence the difference in colour!
Cats from left to right: Rockshade, Dewclaw (or at least his ears!), Rapidstream and Creekfeather. Sandypelt and Aspenpaw are also there, but they didn't make it into the picture!
