This piece is for the the song inspired art competition over atIt's both an intriguing and generic subject for a competition but I suppose the larger the scope the more people will enter.
So my inspiration is Wardruna's Runaljod album, I find this to be a nice neutral sound by which I can do anything from writing an essay to playing Total War: Warhammer. Anyway I do associate it with Norsemen and I suppose that's how I began this painting with some Norse warriors,that then got reduced to one, who turned into an inquisitor dude.
