Here is another Danny Phantom Next Generation OC as part of my DPxMCU series. Meet James Clemens. He is a student of Casper High School and the school's bad boy. He flirts with all the hot girls of Casper High, but he mostly flirts with Lilith Fenton, much to her annoyance.
