Alright, time to introduce a new Danny Phantom OC who will be a major villain in my DPxMCU series. Meet Captain Matias Hamilton. He is a former Guys in White operative, who was formerly known as Operative Z, and captain of the former GIW's nuclear-powered super-submarine the Phonoi. He became a major villain as he wants to put an end to Team Phantom, especially Danny and Dani, and the ghost invasions by using the Phonoi for his extreme measures. He will appear in a future DPxMCU story.

Note: He is heavily inspired by the character Matias Torres in the video game Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown.

"Heed my words! This boat has the means to end the hideous ghosts attacks, in a definitive and elegant manner. We seek not conflict, but rather to restore our planet's former glory by eliminating these ghosts and show them we humans are a force to deal with, a judgment. And it will be done with reason, from beginning to end. The world and Ghost Zone shall be horrified by the number of lives and ghosts we will take. Only then will those paranormal beings let go of their desire for Earth... A desire that would have taken the lives of ten million or more." -Matias Hamilton.
