Description
Here is another Danny Phantom Next Generation OC as part of my DPxMCU series. Meet Otto and Elke 13. They are the son and daughter of Johnny 13 and Kitty, with Elke the oldest and Otto the youngest. Otto has some of his father's traits, like flirting with human girls and had a temporarily relationship with Josephine, just like how Johnny 13 did with Jazz. He does however have Kitty's short temper and he has his own bad luck shadow. Elke also has her father's traits as she is boy crazy and flirts with human boys, but she's also Drake's love interest and she likes Drake as well. She's also a situational ally to Robert Collins due to his gentleman and respective nature to girls and she would sometimes need comfort from Robert whenever she feels sad or down, despite being an enemy to him and his sister and cousins, and alone too as she doesn't want no one to see her sad. She also has Kitty's kiss power but doesn't have a bad luck shadow. Both are a common enemy to the Phantom kids.
