I am not sure what percentage of this is hand drawn and how much is photoshop.
However it was created you have a great style. I am unfamiliar with the character, so I am not sure if this was intentional, but she seems very angular and doesn't have a very feminine look to her. My guess is that she is a street fighter character, and if so that is understandable.

Thanks for the comment. It was hand drawn by [link] and I cleaned up the drawing and colored it. Considering the pose, it was difficult to determine what needed the extra shadows.
