Okay. First off, I know the eyes and pretty much everything else are totally off (doesn't help that I'm using Photoshop, which has absolutely no line correction, at least not to my knowledge). Mind you, this is the first time I've attempted serious drawing...ever. Before this it was elementary school kids' drawings and stick figures. Not bad for a very first attempt I'd say.
I'll be moving this to scraps eventually, just wanted to show you all my first try on the new tablet.

It's actually not bad for your first attempt at all! If you are looking for a program with line correction I would suggest Manga Studio. It is not just for people wishing to create manga, but illustrators use it too. It's the only thing besides Illustrator that I will use for lineart.
The eyes are the best part of this in my opinion, the nose is pretty good also (although if you are going for a manga look do remember that noses often have shadows in manga). The mouth is also good although a little too long on one side. I would suggest putting a little shadow under the bottom lip next time.
