Description
I saw UltimateLuigi's deviant entry: ultimateluigi.deviantart.com/a… during the summer of 2013. I liked what he was doing, but one problem: It was in JPEG format, and it perverts the quality of work presented, which I didn't like. I took it upon myself to digitally restore the image by using Paint.NET. I finished it during E3.
