Ladies and Gentlemen, Autobots and Decepticons (as well as Predacons XD).... I would like to present... My Predacon OC Quickstrike in Robot mode!
A friend of mine here on DA (eaj-digital.deviantart.com ) has kindly agreed to draw my Predacon OC and even draw him in robot mode. I am in her debt for doing such a monumental favor for me and cannot thank her enough. ^_^ She has decided to not submit on her DA page but will instead send it to me once its completed. I will then submit it here on my home page.
*I just want everyone to know, I take no credit for this deviation. I only take credit in the fact that it was my original character as well as the design for the beast mode drawn with it. For a long time, I considered redesigning his whole wing "waist coat" and make it so that his wings would fold around his body in a cape-like manner (like with Disney's Gargoyles). But it's seriously grown on me and I've decided to keep it (though I might make it a bit longer).

Which do you think would look better on its robot mode?
That ass skirt or butt cape (whatever its called) it has in this picture? Or having its wings in Beast mode convert into a cloak/cape going down its back?

Thanks, I'm still debating on whether or not to keep it.
I personally think having some sort of cape or cloak looks better on a Predacon rather than them still retaining their wings in beast mode. Personally I find it a tad lazy and it hardly makes their beast and robot modes look much different.

Gotta say, what I like the most about this guy is his double jointed legs. X3 I don't see all too many OCs with them, and I find them really cool looking. Though, I think the cape he has looks, girlish. Other then that, this guy looks ready tear stuff up!! >: D

Yeah, I thought the skirt cape was girly too. Which is why I'm redesigning Quickstrike's robot mode so that his wings form into a cloak/cape.

Of course he would have sharp claws because he's a Predacon. And I sort of based his colors off of the Yugioh monster, Red Dragon Archfiend (it looks really intimidating).
And I actually decided after this design to take away his cape/gown. I felt it a little girly for him. Instead, his two big wings will become a large cape or cloak going down his back while in robot mode.
Oh and just to clarify. Another artist created this particular piece. All I did was come up with the design.
