In my mind she definitely has real feet and is being forced to wear shoes for whatever reason.

I personally think these pics could sometimes be improved if you had some with a sort of x-ray view, letting us see through at least one of the shoes to see the foot inside, and prove once and for all that she really has feet. But whether you decide to do that or not, great job on this.
