Description
Celia was filling up and turning blue.
it felt amazing as it climbed up her neck and face. she loved every inch of her expanding frame.
this would become her new habit.

What a weird coincidence - I have an OC named Celia, and she transforms too, but all that turns blue on her is her hair and her nose - the rest of her turns pink!

well everything has to start some place.
does that paintbrush thing have layers? I'd try and use gimp or something maybe.

Well, I make the "layers" myself - I'm trying a tactic where I start with one base color, then go lighter or darker depending on where I am on the subject I'm drawing digitally.
