His name read as Ta'oh's. He only have Chinese name and the English name is a transliteration based on the Chinese name "塔欧斯". I don't know his English name because his creator never told me.
In his story, he is a king of a dragon-kingdom called Zjerol (read much like "Zero" this also is a transliteration, "杰洛" in original Chinese)
