Description
When my cat Lightning passed away a couple of years ago, I created this tiny sculpture to commemorate his life. It's made using some sort of polymer clay that was available at my church.Related content

It is beautiful! I wish I could do something like this. I have never tried my hand at making something out of clay. You did a great job with it!!

Lightning was predominantly my mother's cat, and it was especially hard on her when he died. This sculpture was sort of a consolment gift for her.

That is a great gift! I wish I could do something like that for my daughter. My niece has talent in doing this. I have never tried, but I know in my heart that I would not be good at it. I have tried messing with playdough and that was a huge laugh.

Thanks. What's really cool is that the clay they had at church just happened to be similar to the color of his fur!

He's so cute!!! Glad it finally posted. Next time, try him up against a plain dark background. He's kind of getting lost in the wood tone and activity back there.
