Bit of a story here. I go to this really cool church where there's this whole corner set up for painting and other crafts during the sermon. What that means is that I am free to knit or crochet while our pastor is talking. Well, there was this one sermon where he was talking about how the Lord told Joshua to have the priests take stones from the middle of this river (the Jordan, I think?) where they were crossing (one of those miracles where God parts the waters and makes them stand up on either side) and then set them up on the other side as monuments to the event... or something like that. It's been a while. Anyway, we all got nice little smooth stones to take home with us as a reminder of milestones (get it, mile-"stones"?) in our spiritual lives, so while I was listening to the sermon, I crocheted a nice little pouch for mine, fitted it inside at the half-way point, then sealed it up in there and finished off with... either I-cord or a basic chain, I forget which. Probly the former, to look at it. Anyway, you can see the rock inside in the pic at the bottom.
