What began as a little sketch became a full blown marker drawing. I was, however, using various panels of the prequel comic as a reference, so there are innumerable mistakes in this. I just had to try and cobble together his image, and found it so fiddly that i just gave up and did my own thing. And i messed up the perspective, too.Our new Starscream isn't backstab-happy from the very start, instead, he's more of a quiet (and creepy) plotter. I like this take on the character, it means we get to see how he develops into the traitor we all know and love. I dont like the design as much as Animated or G1, but it definitely screams STARSCREAM at you.
Here, he's probably just killed some unfortunate Autobot with his stabby hand. The blue light is supposed to come from ship components or computer screens. I was going to draw a background, but decided against it because my markers were already beginning to run out.
Starscream belongs to Hasbro (But i'm going to steal him, mwahaha....)

This look for Starscream grabbed my attention right from the start, i was like "wait, why is he so thin, it doesn't work" by the end of the 3rd episode i was like "actually, i love this design"

When I first saw Starscream's hands I was like "WTF?! Airport security gonna pull you down on those blades..." and then I realised he's a plane.

Truth to tell, I was a bit iffy on the series until Starscream jumped down that tunnel in the mine and--yeah, I just KNOW he's got his own style. I can't wait to see more of him!

Actually, I think it might just be my fav design of Starscream thus far, simply because it does, as you said, shout Starscream at you....that...and I have a serious thing for this boy's legs...THOSE HEELS! Unf!
