Description For those who doesn't know it yet: Brazilians are protesting against some terrible conditions in our country. We have a famous music that calls our virtual generation (a "lost generation", according to most leaders) the "Coke Generation" (the soda, not the drug). Well, as they say, someone dropped Mentos in the Coke Generation, and now it's boiling.

Why does Suster Brazil look a lot like Sister America?

I explained it in detail how I designed her in this description: [link] (I'm linking it just because I'm too lazy to type the explanation again, sorry. ^^')

In addition to this, dyeing the hair blonde is something that lots and lots of Brazilian women do, so, I had to put that on her. In this drawing of the protests, I didn't put her lipstick basically because I forgot. xD

Interesting, I guess Sister America has influenced your character. Maybe she forgot the lipstick because she was too occupied with the protests.

Probably. xD
The thing about sister America and Brazil is that both countries has women who dye and straight their hair. If Brazil does that because of the tons of Hollywood movies and series that she watches, it's open to debate. xD

I've been keeping up with this on the BBC news. I liked reading that in one area they sent in the military police... because the regular police were part of the protest XD

Sorry if that seems callous, it just made me crack up when I read that. But in all seriousness, I hope it turns out well in the end. Turkey's having a bit of a protestation problem too I hear.

No callousness here, it was really funny. It happened here, where I live. xD In a more serious note, our police is on strike for a while.

And thanks, I think that things will be all right. It's a slap in the face of everything that called our generation a "lost generation". u.u

The riots are still a small part of the movement, it usually happens at the end of the manifestation, when most serious people already went home. And we just heard from our news that one guy that was arrested making a nasty depredation seems to be the son of a businessmen that owns part of the public transportation system. *facepalm*
