*Tharkenta commissioned four horse coat designs from me. She asked for a sooty dunskin and a blanket appaloosa, and gave me free rein on the other two. From top left to bottom right: sooty dunskin sabino, sorrel tovero pintaloosa (tobiano + sabino, blanket), bay blanket appaloosa, and flaxen "black" liver chestnut splash.Only *Tharkenta can use these designs. Feel free to change anything you don't like about them!

Great! I've been trying to figure out the name for the colour of a horse I drew for days and you served the name on a platter. 
Say.... I know you're an equine artist. But if I sent you a sheet with 6 lines for my dA created dogbreed Ragdog terrier for you to work your coat design magic on, would you take that commission?

Haha I'm glad I could help! And no worries, dude -- the base coats can tend to look a lot alike; I swear I won't take offense if yours ends up with the same sooty pattern or something. 
As far as dog coats go, thank you so much for thinking of me for that! I really only know the absolute basics of dog genetics, though, so while I could color you some pretty ones, I'm sure, I'd have to do a bunch of research to get comfortable enough with the way dog coats work. I'd hate to do the impossible and think it was totally kosher, y'know?
