Rather than "miscellaneous" I'd say this counts as "Psychedelic" -- so maybe an organizational change is in order? Just something to keep in mind... So that people who are searching thru for such a beautiful image will be more likely to find it.

one of those thingies that, like a good piece of prog, can be looked over and over again, with new details unraveling each time.... and no, i dont go talking liek this often, i'm just sleepy and saw someboy comparing kola's journal to music, so it stuck in my mind....

you know, maybe you've done this before (and i forgot about it), but it'd be really cool if you took the stages and made one large image with them -- showing the process. being able to see how it grew from stage to stage all in one piece would be awesome

isn't this the one you've been showing in stages ? THere *seems* to be more attention to detials in this one..hto maybe i'm just imagining it since one always gets so lost in one of your works 
i'm not really sure i like the black border on this......... maybe i would like it better if it fit up flush to the art on all perimeters ... and it's the white hanging ruffly around the art that is throwing me off...... anyways ...it's still a HUGE

Yeah that's much better... i didn't realize you were'nt calling it done yet ...
I think its not that the black can't work ...but you'd really have to plan on it ..so that all your edges ended realitively the same way and probably with a strong contrasting color ..you know what i mean?.. otherwise youd lose essential delicate black lines and form at the edges where it hit the black.
Aeh .. it was an experiment......and constant testing of our boundaries is a good thing
