Yes its Hunter x Hunter antagonist Quoll (Kuroro)I just had to draw this one before i start on different ones.
I wanted to try a monotone illustration and here it is.

Other than the fact that he doesn't have an Adam's apple, I've been knocked off my feet by this one. Your shading is, as usual, gorgeous. It really suits this piece.
