Hishirai is a bipedal PokΓ©mon. There is a red mask-like coloration on the head. It has red streams on it's body. There are large silicone-like cuffs on it's arms. The tail has cube-like marks on the tail, along with crater structures. The craters creates burst of flames from gas produced in it's stomach.
Hishirai appears to be based on Damon from the legend, Damon and Pythias.
Baryaru

Baryaru is a draconian-like Pokemon. There is a black coloration on the bottom and torso. The middle part has blue lining on the waist. It has orb-like palms with a blue coloration. The head has "fins" on each side of its head. The tail has three light blue ribbons. The tail has two blue stones on the tail. It can create whirlpools with the ribbons.
Baryaru appears to be based on Pythias from the legend, Damon and Pythias.
Denkona

Denkona bipedal PokΓ©mon with a draconian figure. The torso has two gold shoulder pads and a diamond-like mark on the chest. There are gold "T" in front of its face. The arms have a shield with a "T" with a black coloration. The rest of the body has a yellow coloration. There are two ribbons that absorb electricity.
Denkona appears to be based on Dionysius from the legend, Damon and Pythias.
Unlike any legendary dragons, Hishirai, Baryaru, and Denkona have a better relationship with each other and fight together.

Good job! The designs are really good, but a bit more detail wouldn't hurt.
But I have a problem with their description. It kinda sounded like you just described the physical features of the trio. Dex entries should mention what they do, or what the purpose of those "body bands" or "shoulder pads" are, instead of just mentioning what is already obvious.
I'm a Dex entry writing freak, so I hope this helps.
