Hey struck, I was wondering if I can use this background in my VN game.

Not rude at all! I just colored a lineart separately in photoshop. Then once I was done, I placed it in a new layer or window on top of the background, did some editing so the two matched up and BOOM! There ya go haha

You can do the same in GIMP. It's a free program very similar to photoshop.

Actually ignore that I thought this was a different piece I did 😂😂
This piece was a photo manipulation so it's just taking a bunch of images and cutting them out, placing them together and match them up with some editing. This is an older piece so I wasn't very good 😂
