Here is my entry for the MYO Aetherling contest being held by :,D

I love this species anatomy ;u;
It kinda reminds me of a ferret ;U;

anyways i think i only earned one uncommon trait with my journal so i didnt go all out :,)

Mutation list:
Common/standard body type
normal ears
symmetrical crystal growth
(i dont think the markings count as geometric or intricate but just incase)

Essence- Sand, (quartz sand specifically)

Name: Nimala (Knee- mah-La)
Gender: female
Age: adult

Lives in the earth domain but often travels around in search of sandy places but also makes frequent visits to the water domain to collect sand from the bottom of rivers, lakes, or the many sandy beaches.
She stole her green cloak from a human's cloths line when she was young and its become one of her prized treasures. It fully colvered her body when she was a baby/bean but full-grown the cloak only covered her from her head down over her shoulder blades.
She is a fully grown adult in this drawing but i kinda feel like if i win her ill mainly draw her as a Junior/Leak ;u;

EDIT: I realise she is only the size of a house cat her cloak was originally a small towel/ hand towel of some kind that she stole from a human :,D she then got an older aetherling who was living with her in their tribe to sew in the draw string so that it could function as a cloak :,)

She is very happy go lucky and loves to make new friends, she lives in a nomadic tribe but her and other ground oriented Aetherlings split off occasionally to collect their specific essences. Her crystals glow a faint redish/crimson color when she is scared, excited, using magic, or happy. She carries her essence on her back in that clear case which is tied to her back by ropes she... "borrowed" ;u;

Yes she is a kleptomaniac but no that bow on her tail was not stolen it was given to her by her tribes leader.
