History: Harry Rhodes was born into a poverty stricken household, his father having a dead end job and his mother being physically disabled, lowering a huge amount of her mobility. Lacking any of the common buzz that kids were into, he spent years finding his own adventure. He tried out various sports and activities until he eventually settled with football. As the years went by, his family were almost out of debt along with their income becoming more and more stable. At the age of 17, he considered going into a form of university. While his family were open to the idea, they had to choose wisely as they still feared another economic crisis. He eventually was sent to an undisclosed boarding school where the standards were at its lowest in terms of productivity. He met future Scarwater member Rhys Foster, a charming child prodigy with a fondness of machines and other mechanisms. Although the physical education course he partook in was satisfactory, the combined hatred of the campus as well as much of the people around him made his favorite hobby become completely stale and unenjoyable. With his motivation low and his future unclear he began to ponder what would lie ahead for him now that his love for traditional sports had decayed.

In 2009 his disdain for the boarding school was worsened when he found out that the insanely high tuitions fees were putting his family back into debt and that he would need to withdraw from the boarding school. Lucky for him he managed to find a new hobby; Motorsports. It was no surprise to him, in fact he was delighted that he would be free from that godawful mistake of a college. Unfortunately the school wouldn't let them leave until the end of the semester which in of itself was a long way away. Rhys and Harry not wanting to stay any longer then made a devilish plan. Through months of preparation, Harry obtained a pair of Motocross bikes in preparation for an upcoming heist on the school grounds. Rhys planned the escape route as well as how the heist itself was carried out. At halfway through the year, they commenced their revenge heist by stealing a bag full of laptops and other electronic equipment and using the Motocross bikes they managed to get away. They sold the laptops at a pawn shop out of town, earning thousands in dosh, enough to get their finances back on their feet and delivering a middle finger to the worst boarding school.

This heist caught the attention of Scarwater who offered the two delinquents a place in the organisation. Rhys accepted the offer whilst Harry himself respectfully refused the offer seeing as he needed time to get him and family back on their feet before he could venture into anything else, a decision which Rhys respected. In 2015, he set out to restore the wealth that had been taken away from him.
Personality & Behavior:

-He is an overconfident thrill seeker who never backs down to a challenge. This attitude can sometimes land him in trouble however.
-He seems to be emotionally brighter than the others, being able to see the good even through the bad.
-He is often stubborn and unwilling to let anyone else do any of his jobs for him, making him a very loyal and dedicated member to the organisation.
-He is quite level-headed towards others and would never tend to hold a grudge against any of his comrades.
-He seems quite reluctant in hurting others. This is mainly due to his unwillingness to fight.

-He is a member of Scarwater as the organisation's driver.
-He often participates in Go-karting or Motocross to relieve stress.
-He lives with his girlfriend Kyla in a mid-end flat.

-Fun fact; Harry Rhodes is actually based off an older character of mine who had existed nearly a decade ago. The character was called Harry Fence who escaped from his school, owned a go-kart and played football.
