Well, I believe Sora already have enough training and exercise by fighting on all those heartless and nobody. He just need eat more food...especially milk XD

Some people are just plain naturally skinny and cant gain muscle , but vanitas from Birth by sleep got way much more muscles than sora , so i suppose he needs to work out maybe more and eat more XD
