My answer is stretching, make sure to warm up your body before extreme sport (climbing mountain)

Oh, I success to create 1 artwork (at least) per month at this Stryller account. Congratulation to me. Yay~
But things might not be that simple for next month, because February is already few days missing in naturally,
and its also Chinese New Year which will force me to take a break for whole week and can't draw anything, oh boy...
