Description Needed to do something soothing and wooweee did I chose the wrong thing to work on.... pixelling fur on large scale is difficult hermmmmm

Did you paint this, scale it down, then do pixel placement on top of it? The fur on the body, in the left ear, and on the back of the right ear is all very jaggy and looks manual, but some areas like the muzzle look painted.  The color count is very high as well, 256(+?) colors.

It's not painted no, it's all pixelated at the size it is now. I don't tend to work with with limited colour ranges and it's probably how it's been shaded that boosted the colour count but I can assure you it's all pixelated.

Sorry if I came off as accusatory, I'm just curious about the process. It's very different from your other pixel art. What tools did you use?

I did it all in photoshop cs6 using the binary pen tool and a tablet. I do the same with all my pixels I had just wanted to render one a bit more is all ^^

I think it's definitely interesting looking! The details near the ears are especially nicely done.
