Description

The amount of times I've seen the phrase "You don't talk/post about your dysphoria, so you don't and CAN'T have it!!" is disgusting.

No one owes you their dysphoria to prove they are "really" trans. No one owes you their feelings to "really" be feeling them. Just because someone doesn't go into detail about dysphoria or anything, depression anxiety etc, doesn't mean you can "prove" they don't have it.
Some people are not comfortable talking about how they feel and what they're experiencing, some people are. Regardless of which one a person is, it doesn't prove or disprove if they have something they claim to have. Some people mention they have dysphoria, and don't go into detail about it. If they do this, it STILL doesn't mean they don't have the dysphoria they claim to have. (Looking at you, Kalvin...)

No trans person owes you extreme detail of their gender dysphoria to prove they are actually trans. Unless you are their doctor and/or mental health professional, there is absolutely no need for you to know this. You don't have the right to pressure someone into telling you about it under the guise that if they don't then "they aren't really trans". It makes you toxic.
Not every trans person is comfortable discussing their dysphoria more than "I have dysphoria". Respect that and move on.
You aren't "protecting the community from cissies", you are attacking other trans people who aren't as open about it as you.
