Yes I made this in the deadstamps-esc style. I just really like their stamp style ok. Go check their stamps out because they're pretty cool.

There's been a lot of discourse lately in the LGBTQ+ community, sadly. One of which being that pansexuality is always and inherently transphobic. Let's talk about that.

This idea came from two of the various definition of pansexual being "Hearts not Parts" and "Being attracted to men, women and trans people." This ideas have been used to sexualise and bring down bisexuality, claiming that bisexuality is also about someone's genitals and that it is transphobic. Now, if this was the official definitions of pansexuality then I would understand.

The thing is, the definitions of sexualities differ between people, and those are no longer the main accepted definitions of pansexuality. Now, the most accepted definition is "Someone who is attracted to anyone regardless of their gender." This means that gender does not play a role in why someone is attracted to other people. Some pansexual people may feel like "hearts not parts" may define their attraction better, but how someone feels in regards of their sexuality is different. It is why some people may fit the definition of pansexual but feel more comfortable using bisexual.

Pansexual people are real and valid. A few transphobic pansexual people does not dictate all pansexual people. They deserve as much respect as bisexual, polysexual, omnisexual and other forms of multisexual people!
