I saw that fan-film and it was quite gritty. without a doubt not for little kids.

not for kids, because kids these days don't know who are Mighty Morphin Rangers. My cousin who is 9 only knows about Jungle Fury, RPM, Samurai and Megaforce (Dino Charge is not available in Poland). When in Legendary Battle episode Tommy and otherr took off their helmets, he was asking me who they are.
Mighty Morphin fans are already adults and that's why this fanfilm is so brutal. Conception of Rocky betraying Rangers was good, but why they didn't put Adam and Aisha there ?

Thats what I never got that Adam and Aisha wasn't there. Carla Perez return as Rita was great nod to the original.
