So when I started out this project, I decided that Ruukoto eventually would get access to magic- much like Yumemi did. In order for this to work, I decided on having her stealing artifacts belonging to her captives. Marisa's Mini Hakkero seemed obvious to me as a choice. I gave Ruukoto Seiga's chisel and Patchouli's crystals that she uses in Five Elements- [Philosopher's Stone] as well. Ellen was a bit more difficult, but since she's a shopkeeper, I ended up deciding that Ruukoto stole some talisman she made, which explains her new-found fluffy wings.
