Weight doesn't really matter in this case- Sakuya was not expecting her and Marisa was jumping.
Plus, with the whole magic thing, you could probably fly a sumo wrestler around without problems if you have enough power. And I think it's safe to say that Marisa's got power.

Well, technically sakuya wouldn't take no time at all if she stopped time completely.
