That's okay. ^_^ Prussia is a character from the show Axis Powers: Hetalia. A bunch of countries are portrayed as people, and their personalities are that of the stereotypes attached to the people of that country. For example, America is loud, needs to be involved in everything, is very heroic, is obsessed with hamburgers and other fast food, etc. Prussia in this show claims to be the most "awesome" thing that has ever happened to this planet, so it's a joke within the fandom that anything Awesome = Prussia.

So you know how people say that if something is really amazing, they say that "on a scale of 1 to 10, it's a 10"? In my crazy little world, the scale of awesomeness goes from 1 to Prussia, one being boring and Prussia being the most awesome thing ever.
