A long overdue hello to y'all here on DeviantArt! With my first post here I feel it is only fitting to properly introduce my OC that most of you might already be acquainted with.

On the left is Skip! He's a 12 year cat-boy who loves surfing more than anything in life. If the sun is out, there's a 99% chance he's in the water. He's lucky enough to live in a coastal beach town that let's him chase all the waves he wants, and he takes it for every opportunity it gives him.

Outside of the ocean, Skip can usually be found horsing around with his friends or doing some other shenanigans his high energy gets him into. One thing is for certain though: regardless of where he is, he'll be the center of attention.

For one reason or another shoes make Skip feel just a lot dead inside, so any second he can be, he's barefoot. This behavior usually gets him in trouble at school and sometimes elsewhere, but it's a lesson he never learns.

Skip lives with his dad, Fen. Fen adopted Skip when he was rather young, and as such has been able to keep up with the cat's high energy rather well. Growing up in the Midwest under a rather conservative roof, Fen escaped as soon he could to the coast to party and be who he really was. He carried this sentiment into his parenting, being highly supportive of everything Skip wants to jump into, surfing being the biggest one.

There's more of Skip and his antics to come, to expect to see it all eventually!
