Rather than submitting a full piece I thought it might be more meaningful to show the transition pieces, where the image has come from, where it might be going and all the problems and issues currently experienced in the process.

If you look closely you can probably see all the flaws and problems I'm having trying to fuse the faces generated in ArtBreeder with the bodies that are also generated in ArtBreeder only using Sketchbook Pro as a matte painting tool and go between. As you can probably tell, I had to import hands from somewhere else. After two days working on this I was too tired to try to get the skin tone colour correct for her left hand. Sometimes it's also hard to gauge if the imported proportions are correct with the head and hands relative to the figures body.

Future problems - How to convert this 2D matte painting figure into a 3D model so that the poses of the figure can be altered..

I don't know if anybody else is trying to do what I'm doing with ArtBreeder generations, but I'd love to know if there are. Any tips and much easier processes..

Do any of you think it is worth all this hassle?
