How dresses like that manage to stay up is a complete mystery to me, doubly so with this one. Did she glue it to her chest? Is her bosom a sort of anti gravity field? Magic of pure attraction?Β
..or is it that her tatas are so massive that they form their own gravity?

I like your last suggestion best.Β But whatever the reason is, I think it's simple cartoon physics. I mean, come on, if a cartoon character can run off a cliff and continue standing on thin as so long as he doesn't look down, then a dress like this can restrain giant boobs with no problem.
