(I'll be adding bios to all the reference sheets, so sorry for the notifications but they'll hold fun facts!)

Slade is basically the definition of teenage angst. He got most of his personality from Canon, having him as his role model since he was a young kit- he gained Canon's negative world views. Slade doesn't take much care of himself, his fur is unkept and scruffy and he is the most skinny in Bloodclan. He puts most of his attention to Canon, who also wouldn't take care of himself- Slade mainly stays by his side and grooms and feeds Canon, often giving Canon his food so he knows Canon has had a meal.
While Slade has romantic feelings for Canon, Canon see's Slade in more of a motherly way- especially with how Slade has brought himself to the point of malnutrition to keep Canon healthy.

While Slade is very negative- he is actually a good friend if you can get to his good side. He is extremely loyal to Canon, Moss, Tick, and Deer- the main group of cats that are loyal to Canon.
Slade is the deputy of Canon's Bloodclan, but with his naivety and young age- Moss is often by his side guiding him and helping him.

Slade does not like his father, while he had issues with his father in the past, his dislike for him only grew as he became closer to Canon. Canon does not like Saber due to past trauma that Saber (while not a part of the trauma, but he was there) was involved in.
Slade views Saber as a failure of a father and feels replaced once his father finds a mate in Bloodclan and has new children.

Slade's mother is unknown to Bloodclan, different stories have been passed around- but his mother was a Shadowclan cat that gave up her children at birth.
Slade also has a similarity to Canon in his dislike for Ash, while he didn't have much of this at a young age, as he liked Raven- he often found himself jealous of Ash since Saber treated Ash like more like a son then him.
