Where can I go do get some good translations? I.E. A Chinese person would be able to understand it and it's linguistically and grammatically correct. I know that one can't just stick one symbol next to another and expect it to make sense. I'm looking for a phrase that means something similar to peaceful or harmonious wind.

Hmm...Im not sure where you could find proper translations, the best way is to find a Chinese person to help you out.
