Im a student in Orlando, Fl working on my portfolio. I am working on a few pieces involving the election of '08. I was wondering if I could use this image in the democrat side of the campaign. Sure, that's fine then. Only stipulations are full credit is given (which you already stated) and the image's use is strictly not-for-profit, which it sounds like this work is not. If you ever sold it in the future we'd need to renegotiate terms of use, of course.

You may need to boost the contrast a little, not much though, kinda separate those tonal ranges a little bit more.
