Tiamat: "detaching starboard armor, engaging target"did AMAZING fan art of Abigail, one of the lead characters in my upcoming manga, Millennium X. 's skills are wacka wacka GOOD! DEFINITELY go check him out! ...and say that I sent you
This is his original character, Tiamat. Very original, and VERY detailed. In fact, so detailed that I had to let some of the armor detach (on purpose). I couldn't handle the overpowered awesomeness. I tried out a new drawing style for the eyes, and I think it turned out pretty banana. I used, as always, Copics. Banana.

Omggggggggggggggggggggg hot, hahaha. The only thing I'm noticing that could be fixed right now is the shoulder type area. It just seems off, and I know it would be a bit because the difference in position of the arms but you should get what I mean, I hope.
The part that connects the neck to the shoulders, above the collar bone. Dig this a lot though, great illustration.

This is gorgeous. I think you're one of only two people who have faithfully and successfully drawn Tiamat in their own style, completely! You deserve huge kudos just for that!
I tried, but my skills are still not high enough 
Anyway, the drawing itself is wonderful. I love that we see her mouth in your version, it helps addΒ to the expressions she makes. Also think the sword was a really cool touch!
I'd have to say that my favorite part of the piece is definitely the hair though xD I really like how you draw hair on characters, its one of my favorite styles!

Cool work here, I really like the aura glow, I use copics as well... If your ever in the business of doing tutorials, I'd love to see some tips on effects. You had some really good ones in your "let's take him down" pic too (I think that was the title). The vapor at her feet is cool too, I like the sharp line defining it, Then just minimum hints of denser spots. Less is more, I think is the lesson here.

indeed. Less is more! That's why i detached some of the armor. And my copic skills in this was not at it's peak, i admit that. But in some cases, like 's character, she has a lot of detail! And it suits her. I did my best, but as you can see, I'm not good with mecanical details, so I'm really surprised that people are giving me this much great feedback! I felt like maintaining as much detail as possible, to make it look more like Tiamat. Β

Man, I feel like drawing her in a cool pose holding her primary weapon, a cannon capable of turning enormous gunships into shreds! ;D
