I doubt it. It would've been way too many months. 9 months are due for the baby to arrive, and I think before after the killing of Omid, it said it as 15 months later, or somewhere around that time. If you also add up the other months of the apocalypse, you'd understand that it's way too long.

well from what i know i think all of what happened in season 1 was only around 2-3 months. At the beginning of episode 2 that's when it said 2 months later, and i'm not sure if after episode 2 going onto episode 3 if there was any time leaps but it could of been a month or just a few days or weeks. And when you meet Christa and Omid I think Omid almost says something about it but Christa interrupts him, and she even threw up at one point and hesitated to take a drink of the alcohol in episode 5. And then once they find Clementine the newest episode could be set like 6 or 7 months later or something.Β

Although, if she was pregnant, by then she probably would've been a little fat, and it would've been obvious. Especially by the time you find Omid and Christa, being as it would've been a few months. Although, one explanation for the baby being 'unborn', as a headcanon, is probably because of when she found Omid dead. She ran to where his corpse was, and that could've harmed the baby due to running.
