yeah, i used plasticine and wire... lots of wire, theres about 5 pieces holding up the right wing at the base^^ it kept trying to detatch itself so i superglued to death as well as the varnish!

Yes if it's natural sugar and not processed
It's high glycemic load is actually harmful to the body and used in high quantities can cause excess load on the Pancreas. This can lead to Pancreas failure in later life leading to horrible Diabetes problems like a lot of people I know...

2.5 years ago I was playing soccer and > CRACK< I had my leg fully stretched out and someone tackled me.. they hit my ankle and my knee snaps... go figure
I couldn't walk right for a few months and I've never gotten my full flexibility back... I don't have pain these days, but if I played soccer or anything not good on the knees, It would crack badly... It hurts if I bend down on it and it's kinda clicky constantly... DAMN YOU !!!! 
So if you want technical details, my medial meniscus and anterior cruciate ligaments snapped and it takes forever to repair... *sniff*
