I recently finished this as a commission for Epic-UK. It was one of two pics used as prizes for this year's Epic Grand Tournament.This pic took me probably about four hours in PS CS1.
Imperial Guard officers discuss their next move after reducing the Ork-held hive city Roanoake Secundus.

Once again you have captured the spirit of the IG with perfection. The background is just as interesting as the the fore. I like this one quite a bit.

Very cool. Shouldn't there be a fog of war which obscures the ground a little more? What with all the weapon discharges and dust being thrown up by such a large engagement. Still, I love what you did with the craters and such.

I get what you mean about adding fog and smoke; it was something I tried as I finished the pic, but I felt to obscured too much of the detail.
