The Clock Tower In Exeter (:Very lucky shot! I wasn't expecting it to turn out so well, because I was walking back from town and my friend was in a hurry ... so I whiped out my camera and took it very quickly!
Normally when I do that it blurs or something ... Am glad it didn't here (:

I did a similar one while passing by in a car!
since the roundabout is so busy it's quite hard to get a closer look.
