He ticks people off, which is usually his intention, anyway. He loves to annoy people. But, Tring can also be very dangerous if you don't treat him how he would like. There have been rumors that he has killed people in other villages in the past. He has very sudden mood swings, But he seems to have a special attachment to a certain Skitty...

~Falisma the shiny Skitty
This poor, timid thing was dragged along by Tring all the way to Tao village where he sighed them up as a team after "their" Favorite pastime. Falisma is extremely scared, and refuses to talk to strangers. She is constantly apologizing even when she didn't do anything, and cry's a lot. But she is sometimes happy, content, and is a very friendly kind, and polite girl, and under her slight fear of Tring, he is her best friend.
